After an ass-long blog post and an ass-hot 2.11 mile run (in 21:25 for a 10:09 mile), I'm pretty exhausted and don't feel like expounding much on a hilly-ass run and a blister that wants to appear three days before a race.
So, I'll just ask you kindly to read the afore-linked post and Brandon's before it. It feels weird exposing one's self to the community at large, but honestly, it felt pretty damn good to get all of that out.
